How long can I be on the Vesuvius?
The ticket that will be sent to you one day prior to the tour grants you the access on the crater at the time written on it. After the entrance, you can stay until Park's closure.
When is my ticket valid from?
Your ticket is valid from 40 minutes earlier up to 100 minutes after the time written on it. If you try to access outside this interval of time, the staff will reject your entrance until the proper time.
How can I download the audioguide app?
To download the audioguide app, click on the following link and download it from App Store or Google Play. Then, in the upper-right corner, click the drop-down menu and go to "Insert Code"; paste che code provided by our staff and you are ready to download the audioguide!
